Hey everyone, OK. I have had a chance to run about 3 tanks with the new sprocket setup and I don't think I could have guessed it any better. It turned out that the previous owner had already changed the front from a 14 to a 15, so with a 15/41 setup I was pulling 5000RPM at 70MPH and averaging 34MPG.
With the new 15/35 setup, I had to take 2 links out of the chain, no big deal, and am now pulling just under 4100RPM at 70MPH and am averaging 39.2MPG. I'm sure I could be getting a little better but I just can seem to get control of my right wrist, so, what else can I do?
She pulls like a horse off the line, and no longer have to short shift at all. Only using 5th at highway speeds.
I would suggest this setup to ANYONE!!!!!

I think most bike's come stock with gearing that is too low, so they can get better 1/4 mile times to brag about. They aren't very practical especially for cruising.
