Alright,so from what i have researched and read this is what i got. Basically to swap the ass end of a kz to a 180mm or 200mm tire bike you do as follows. Get a swingarm, extend it to your liking, get the wheel for that swingarm and a longer chain. Make the swingarm fit the frame, get the wheel spacers milled to make the wheel track straight with the front sprocket. Get a front off set sprocket, maybe stiffin up the frame with some gussets.Get the caliper for the swingarm/wheel you are running, and get the extended brake line. Am i on track folks?
Watch it folks,i have sticky fingers when it comes to a nice looking set of handle bars:)

sounds good - that is what I'm doing... slow moving at times.

Priority..
- Rear wheel aligned to front- then
- sprockets lined up
May require some custom mods or slight misalignment...
Keep in mind that chain path becomes critical at 180 never mind 200. Chain tends to get REAL close to frame coming off countershaft back to sprocket.

Yeah 200 would be a full frame mod. Good luck.

You can run a 200 tire with a 3inch offset countershaft sprocket and a bearing support plate. The chain will outside the frame....look at some the dragbikes that run 10" wide tires..

dont forget wider front wheel/tire to go with it.even a good 140-150 rear tire will hold up to more power than a stock chassis can handle on these bikes unless you want to do a lot of modifying of other parts.B)
Still recovering, some days are better than others.
