Chuck, You really need to go into your own profile and edit your signature to add your bike year/model plus location. Without knowing what type bike is being asked about, it isn't easy to say... have you looked on eBay?

I bought a used one from the old kawasaki man and sanded and painted it. Came with bushings and springs, but I paid about $60 for it.

I have one from a 74 900 for sale.
Watch it folks,i have sticky fingers when it comes to a nice looking set of handle bars:)
