If this helps I have a couple of shorter NOS Kawasaki throttle cables that fit a KZ1000 ELR which came with superbike bars. I don't want a fortune for them either. PM me if you are interested.

I got my signals installed on the headlight brackets. It had reflectors on there. I took them off and the holes lined right up with the signals holes.

Now to save for the new brake line. It has been a long winter and my repair and upgrade pockets are empty.
