KZ650 dual disk on KZ1000

I just bought a set of calipers, lines, and drilled rotors that are off of a KZ650. (I think it might be off of like an SR or something)
I think I got swindled.

Anyway-
I assume these fit on a KZ1000?

Will there be a benefit?

If they will help, I will put them on my drag bike.

if not........ anyone want to buy them from me?

i wouldnt want to give anyone misinformation,since the king of cut and paste seems to believe theyre differant in his reply farther down the page it obviously must be the case !im sure there will be an article from the internet backing up his statement at any time now so ill just sit back and learn,refraining from posting any wrong info no matter how many of them i have laying on my shop floor that are identicle!:woohoo:

I didn't realize 'til I handed him the cash ($100) that they were stock KZ650 brakes.....

Man... I parted a bike out 6 months back that HAD that stuff.
Got the complete bike for $100.... parted it out and barely broke even. KZ650 stuff doesn't sell worth a darn.

Oh well... you win some, you lose some.... in the end.... I always go home broke.

actually it looks like you came out even just short a bike.
i'm pretty sure they will work on your 1000 wheel so don't give up on them yet.

I don't remember for sure, but I think the 650 rotors are smaller in diameter than the 1000 rotors.
