anyone in illinois ever get a title for a bike that dosn't have one. Iv'e got a lil' honda xl80 with out a title i'd like to have one for, and I'm about to aquirer a KZ400 with no title.

Use it for parts or run a search online for a title service ,, 75.00 to 100.00 to get a good title ,, I have never done this myself but know it works , in Ohio you can run the bike numbers online to see if the bike was stolen . I have never found one that was ,The records are kept only for a few years so if the bike has not been registered it will drop off the records , I have had bikes with good titles only real old and not current , They will not even show up online .. I have said many time there should be a good way through each state to get titles for these old bikes/cars so we the people who love to play ,, can get them legal with out a bunch of messing around or slide of hand .. I am stepping off my soap box now .. :P ;)
