Now you're our new found friend...

I have been pricing these clamps for my project where I only found one source very similar to your design (10mm threading)...

You interested in fabbing up some more of these for sale (with KZR etching) or custom etching such as OMR?

Seriously...

Excellent work, and the part looks really nice! :cheer:

Being slightly more familar with some of the other various metal finishing options/possibilities such as:
Buffing (perhaps waxing too);
Painting;
Powder coating;
Gun Koting;
Annodizing;
Plating;
Ceramic;

Am now adding Teflon hardcoat to the list.

Hoping to learn more about the relative merits of the Teflon finish and related general information such as:
Where to get it done commercially (individual parts, small to large);
Whether diy is possible;
Expense involved;
On which parts it's most feasible;
Any issues or special handling where part has a machined mating surface;
Pros and cons, toughness, etc.

Good Luck! :)
