Brake Lever - Parts compatibility

I was wondering if anyone could clue me in on parts compatibility regarding the brake lever for my 1983 KZ550C LTD. I can find all kinds of levers for the H and M models it seems, but I'm having a harder time finding one for the C model. Logic tells me that there shouldn't be any difference since the main difference in the models seems to be their drive trains. Any help would be appreciated.
