koni shocks with #1---#4 dial on top? was created by trianglelaguna
i've been watching the prices of koni shocks used/rebuilt..online to try and see apair like mine.. and am never seeing any with a dial setting under the top mount hole and on top of the shock spring top retainer...mine has a dial like on an electric blankett control with 1---thru 4 settings to choose 1 is really soft and four to harsh for even a heavy rider like me...so i know the little dial is working.YET i never see any like mine and am wondering if they are some weird run or rare shock ,anyone????

mine seem a little slow to react at street legal sp. but they make a big dif once moving along in the twisties.
How were yours for you when you ran em..how much of a dif are the piggyback and which kind did you settle on...peace craig

I have a set as well, and so does Neilage (sp). He rebuilt his some time back and gave a good write up.
I just tackled mine last Winter as one was leaking.
Great shocks.
I'll look for the rebuild info.

they seemed ok.
when i was younger i tore around Essex and the home counties like my ass was on fire and always handled well
the only reason i changed them was one adjuster had seized and a pair of piggies fell in my lap real cheap.B)
