can't get rolling

hello again helpful riders.been off the restore wagon since last postings.tried several times to find spokes for my kz400c1.got as close as getting the inner and outer for 1 rim and not sure if it was the inner or outer for the other.the bike is a 78 with less than 000100.0 kms.and this is all keeps me from riding after a long project.anybody have a fix for my fix?

thanks for info.also just found item on ebay for front.finally getting somewhere.my own fault.should had this done long ago.
