kz 750 twin offset sprocket was created by Scooterbob
Long story but I am building a rigid 750b and I decided to run a Harley 3 1/2 inch wide rear wheel for the width of the rim. I have used the wheel before on other jap builds that i have done but nevere ran into the chain alignment problem i have now. the front sprocket needs to be spaced out about a 1/8 of an inch or maybe a little more haven't got that deep into it yet till I find a resource for the front sprocket. I was wondering if any of you know of a front sprocket off of another bike that might have the same spline inside but maybe have a different offset away from the engine case but with a deep cut spot for the nut since the output shaft isn't that long so it will need to have a deep center hole. I will try to check back here periodically if I can remeber but I can also be reached at tsd678@yahoo.com if anyone has any good info on this job. thanks in advanced, Scooterbob

the twin's splines are the same as z1's up to 8o kz1000 and also the gs 1000 and gs1100 suzuki if you use the gs sprocket it has about an 1/8" offset built in to it already the only problem is the stock sprocket is 630 but you can buy aftermarket sprockets in 530.
