Uh Plummen, you do realize that 1/2" is 8/16ths thus equating to 1/16th larger than 7/16ths....
Way to go, you have now joined the bone head club which I started when I busted a hole in my lower case....

thats allright ill just have really beefy motor mount bolts to go with my extra beefy motor mounts ! it gave me an excuse to figure out a couple other weak links in the ol kaw frame design while im at it!im going to try and have it ready to go on the frame jig in a couple weeks to get the ol steering head chopped off and a new one installed and rest of frame straightened so i can finish steering head bracing.i want tomake sure im going in a straight line when i tie one on with timebomb!

does anybody have the dimensions for one of those new sealed type batterys that can be laid on its side?while i was cutting and grinding and filing today i decided the z1 battery box was going to cause issues with mounting my coils under seat so i removed the mounts!so i guess i should start designing a battery box where i can load it from the side unless somebody has 900 battery box theywant to part with!(see cheap! )
