Maste cylinder glass replacement was created by lx460
Working on a bud's bike. Is it possible to replace cracked mc sight glass or should we start looking for another one? He also has a KZ1000P. I have an old kz550 mc laying around. Possible to swap the lenses maybe? How do you remove without breaking?

I would not bother going through the trouble of swapping lenses. It could work but there is a 90% chance that it will never seal properly again. Let us know... :)

just in case anyone else is looking for a master cylinder sight glass, contact New River Cycle Salvage. he is right down the road from me here in VA, great guy. he makes sight glass for master cylinders and ships them all over the world. well priced too.
