i'm trying to remove the oil seals and re-install new ones - but getting them out isnt very easy it seems. i do not have that fancy hook thing for seal removals - do anyone have an idea on what i can use .. ?
also - where do i pour the oil once ive got it all reassembled ? thru the tiny tiny hole all the way on top of the forks ( where the air thingie is( or do i pour it in before i lower in the pistion/spring/fork top ?
(argh .. i dont even know what all these parts are called in my native language ..

When I did mine, I reassembled the forks completely except for the top caps that have the shrader air valves in them. After pouring in the oil, you can then measure the depth to the oil to make sure they are not overfilled.
