Ebay has a luggage rack/sissy bar from a 1981 KZ 550LTD.

Anyone know if it'll fit my 76 KZ 750 B1?

With enough work, anything will fit

I don't know what will be required in order to bolt that on your bike, but I do know that a tail rack from a KZ750E bolts on pretty easily.
