Rechroming Vendor needed was created by shighley
I need to find someone to rechrome a few parts, hopefully in Southern California. I didn't think it was a big deal until I started looking. Apparently stripping the old chrome off is a ecological no no. Anywho, if you've used a particular vendor and were happy with their work, please let me know. Thanks and ride safe, Steve

There's a good article about an environmentally friendly rechroming method written up in the October 2008 issue of Rider magazine. It's called PermaStar Chrome.

The company does custom work and is located at:

Goodrich Technology Corp.
670-A Garcia Ave. Pittsburg, CA
94565

PH # 925-432-7782

Good Luck
