Lowering Blocks...who has them? was created by Sandy
For the rear shocks...

Anyone know where they can be had?
Anyone here that might be able to make them?

On a scale of 1 to 10, say the ride quality with regular shocks and springs is a 10 and struts are a 1.

Imo, lowering blocks come in at a strong 2 when used with the same regular shocks and springs.

Look forward to loose fillings, hemorrhoids, and probably spinal compression fractures.

That kit,John,is for a bike with drum brakes only, but thanks anyway.
I remember now, from aa long time ago, that getting them for a rear disk is almost impossible.
I need to lower the rear a bit...not 2 inches,but some.
I'll have to look at some shorter shocks then.

Ya,I'll give that a shot and see.I put a set of ZRX shocks on,for our trip up north, and they're even taller than the originals. Not much, but they're taller.

Sandy I had a set on my 78. I also had the front lowered 2 inches. The first corner I took at any speed made my kickstand drag. After a new pair of skivies I figured I should slow down around corners. The ride was the same as if they weren't on. The shocks still have the same travel.
