Any seats from other KZ modles work on this bike?

Rockin\' a KZ650B2 since 2007 and a KZ 1000E since 2008

1978 KZ650B

I think the only seats that will fit are the 79-80 a2a and shafty.

What model is the A2A model a KZ 1000 chain drive?

I think the ST seat is nice, but I do not like how it forces you to sit in the same position and I like to sit a bit farther back then it allows.

I think Don meant the A3 and A4 models, not the A2A model...and it may be that only E model seats fit the shaftie...

KZ1000A3/A4 will not get close to fitting a ST. Like most other things on the ST, the seat is unique to the model.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
