KZ 1000ST (Stock) Handle bar swap

What kind of Handle bars were on the MK11 in 1978 -79?

I would like to swap the stock ST bars with the bars from the MK11?

Has anyone done this or know what type of bars they were.

I do not want to but clubmans on this bike but want a more agressive position.

Actually the MKII bars were both wider and higher than the ST bars.
321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
