Harry's Zed

Hi Guys,
Okay, I'took your advice and looked through alot of the archives. I think I have a pretty good understanding of the work that would be involved and I'm not afraid to give this project a try. (just goes to show how foolish some people can be right?)
I was big into bikes up until the mid 80's but after that I kind of drifted away from the hobby. Consequently I don't recognize bikes and parts the way I used to. So here is my first (probably of many) set of questions.
Can anyone tell me what swingarm, front forks/tripletree set up, and wheels (size and brand) are being used on Harry's Zed pg.5 in pics?
If this front fork set up requires extensive modification is there a suitable substitute ie; same performance, easier installation that any of you would recommend?
The bike I will be modifying is a 1976 kz900. I will be making the appropriate frame strengthening modifications. My engine has a 1075 kit in it.
I thank you in advance for ANY advice or information you may offer. Don't be afraid to steer me in another direction if it makes more sense either. The more opinions the better as far as I'm concerned. Thanks!
Mike

I tried to post the pic but I am computer illiterate and could'nt get it to work. Here is how I get there.
I go to: members-gallery-Z1 900 and then to page #5. The bike is yellow and black and sits in the middle of the top row of pics. Thank you for your patience with me.

Maybe he will be back soon, or you could send him a PM and ask him.

I asked him about his bike a couple years ago. I think the swingarm and linkages were from a '88 Gsxr750. The wheels I believe were from the same model (17x3.5"F, 17x4.5"R). I can't remember about the forks but they look like aftermarket WP units with a brake caliper adapter.

I'm doing similar suff to my '76 900. The topic can be found here .
