Wobbling front end around turns was created by jbrewer73
I have a 77’ KZ1000 with good tires on it. I owned it for about a year and has always wobbled a little around turns. It kind of hops or jumps.

It is fine going straight.

Any ideas????

My 750 wobbled like crazy in the corners . .. until I tightened up the front axle clamp bolts.

Or maybe too tight, or races dented. (these usually make it wander around going straight also) Have you checked the rim runout? How fast are we talking in the corners? Just a normal speed or crankin' her over, dragin' the pegs? Rear end springs too stiff, or shocks shot or swingarm bearings bad? Could take a while to find, but keep checking things and you'll find the problem. :)

Check your swing arm bushings/bearings. They'll have a similar effect if worn.

Proper wheel-alignment,and if you do ANYTHING with the steering bearings...swap them to tapered!Big difference in how the bike will handle.I have the same bike as you,and I could not believe the difference it made.
And yes,like mentioned...swingarm bushings.
Have you ever had any work done on the forks?Maybe it's time to put new seals and oil in them...could be getting spongy on ya.
