Basic Suspension Setup-Sag and Rebound Damping

Here is some footage from the Double D memorial ride were we did free suspension checks for MARS (Motorcycle Awareness and Rider Safety) MARS: Motorcycle Awareness & Rider Safety

It was just front and rear sag and rebound compression.

BTW, every bike that we check has something wrong with the settings.
