I took it for granted I could dig this stuff up, haven't been having much luck.

What I need:

Axle nut torque (I figure 80 ft/lb)

Axle retaining nut torque (the four that hold the lower caps onto the forks, and retain the axle) Probably 15-20.

Fork oil volume, or level from the top of the forks... I figure 240-250 ml. See how it looks I guess. I only have 10w around so I'll throw it in for now, putting tapered bearings in the stem soon anyway.

Clamp torques, for the upper and lower triple. I am used to about 13-22 lb-ft for dirt bikes, but there are lock washers on these bolts on this bike, may need more to overcome the friction.

Thanks in advance for any help! I'm on dialup here, I found some pdf manuals, but at 180 megs it would take the rest of the weekend to get them...

Wow, thanks! Job is going well, I should have it buttoned up shortly, then to take it for a test drive after this crazy wind goes down....
