good luck,that was a major bastard child caught in the middle of the z1-kz changeover.im not sure if any other models interchange.on the same note im looking for a 76 kz battery box if anybody has one!:laugh:

I just bought this airbox + silencer on ebay. $62.55
Seller said that this is from his kz1000 from 1976!?
For me it looks just like kz900 airbox!
Is there any diferences or they are the same airboxes.

Now I see on Z1Enterprises web that they sell kz900
and kz1000 air filters separately like they are not
interchangeable.
Can someone tell me for what model is this airbox or
can I use it for my kz900a4 1976?

It should have some numbers on it.
KZ900LTD, KZ750LTD, KZ650, 72'Triumph Trident

the main airbox and boots will likely fit the KZ900, but the silencer/snorkel was different on the KZ900. And it was only used in 76.
