PMFR Clutch Release Kit not fitting

Has anyone installed a clutch release kit from PMFR? Did you have to mill down your clutch push rod? Mine is about 1/2 inch from fitting.

Bike is a 80 1000 LTD.

Thanks.

Mine fit fine on 80 KZ1000 A4. Are you sure you have the right spacers?

I have (2) 1" spacers, (1) 2 1/4", and (1) 2 1/2". The push rod is all the way in. I guess I will give them a call on Monday.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. Let's hope I don't take too much off.
