Kz 650 brembo calipers was created by Dirtybiker
Hello I have a 1977 kz 650 I noticed on eBay there was a brembo caliper for sale. I wanted to now how much better they are than stock. I have a 1977 bmw with dual brembos and they stop great. Can and ifi can where would i get a dual set up for my kz? any problems with converting special legs? This bike will be race so I would like all the stopping power I can get.

Thanks for all your Help scott

Most of us have been looking for more stopping power. Steel lines and new pads help. I've put a dual disc system on my kz1000, this however, adds unsprung weight to the front wheel.

If money is no object then check this out:

www.z-power.co.uk/merchantmanager/produc..._33&products_id=1773

Its a British site, so shipping may be a bit much, but you'll stop like no other 30 yr old bike can!

It's pretty much a bolt on, real easy to convert to dual disks.

My 79 KZ750 twin has dual KZ1000 drilled rotors, 83 GPz750 calipers, 95 GPz1100 master cylinder, and stainless braided brake lines. Excellent brakes and it all bolted on.
