KZ1000P18 Front Forks was created by chillywilly

Can anyone tell me if the rubber boots on the forks can be removed and discarded?

Yes.
You may want to get a seal for the top of the lower leg, but that is easy.

What is the diameter of your fork tubes?
38mm or 41mm?
