I was doing some looking around on air pressure forks, and I have a few bikes have a cross over for the front forks. Is this factory; if not are they available for KZ's, if it’s even worth it.

Is the "cross-over" you're referring to basically a plastic-type hose attached to fittings (one with a shraeder valve) on the top of the fork caps, or a hard line mounted between the upper and lower triple-clamps with a single shraeder valve on the top of only one fork cap?

If it's the plastic-type setup, those are a universal item and replace the original fork caps. IIRC, you'd simply need to know what diameter your current fork cap threads measure at to find the correct setup for your bike.

If it's the hard line type, then that should be an OEM setup. At least it is on my 84 ZN700 and on a lot of other Kawis that I've seen.

The one I saw was mounted on top with one valve on it. I wouldn't mind either one

That would likely be an OEM setup then.

Have you checked at JC Whitney.com or in the Vendor Directory here on KZr yet?
I'm sure at least one of them will have the universal type setup for your bike.
