stopping power needed
14 Mar 2008 16:25
I have a 79 kz1000 drag bike project that I am trying to get road worthy asap. It is missing the front brake caliper. Does anyone know what other model bikes might be compatible to swap out with? I am also missing the brake pedal. I have the longer drag racing pegs and a sidewinder exhaust that will not allow room for the factory pedal. What have other people used here?

The front brake calipers up to at least 85 will more than likely bolt on the fork, 650/750 (twins, fours, GPz)/1000/1100.
My 79 750 twin has 83 GPz750 calipers, 79 KZ1000 rotors, and 95 GPz1100 front master cylinder, and it all just bolted on.
