will a 82' kz440's front end fit on my 75 kz400??????

i have the option of grabbing a 82 kz 440's front end for cheap and want to know if it will mt my 75. i want to convert it to disk break as well and the 440 is disk setup.

please any help on this subject.

Isn't the 440 a leading axle? That might be weird, if so.

Also, I'm thinking... I'm not sure if the trees will swap nicely and easily, but at least you could swap out the fork legs (I think they are the same diameter) and that would get you the brake mounts and all that, with the front wheel.

Are you going to have a mag wheel in front and spokes in back?
