Is this a lester mag for a KZ twin ? I don't know if it'll fit but it looks like a Lester.
If so what is missing to use it ? A motorcycle that has no front rim....:woohoo:

Yeah, I'd say that is a Lester wheel 
I have never seen a Lester wheel for a 750 twin, but the ones for the 1000's will fit.
That looks like it uses a six bolt rotor, and the only thing that I know of that uses six bolt rotors is the early 900's (Z1 and maybe KZ900). The 900 guys can tell you for sure.
And it's "steell" I already mistake steel for someone wanting to attract my attention, like the question about steel rims

Morris Mag kits were sold specifically for the 750 twins, at least in 1979.
