Dual front disc brakes. Replaced pads, now they're squealing every time I stop.

What can I do about it?

You could try some "Ani-Squeel" on the back of the pads(or used silicone).
You could even make some cuts on the pads, using a hack-saw blade.
First of all though,I would spray it all down with brake-clean first, and see if that helps.Moving the bike forward, spray the rotors and pads, and see what that gets you. It'll probably make it better, but the squeeling may reappear once the brake-clean dries.

It depends. Did you use stock Kawasaki pads? if so they don't squeel. Did you use aftermarket pads? If so they are equivalent of putting a 1000db siren on the bike and nothing in the world will help. You have a choice of $100 per pad set quiet or aftermarket $25 ? I don't bother to even price them because they don't work unless you want to squeel at 1000db at every stop.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.

I was told that if you put a chamfer on the edges all the way around that it should work.
I haven't tried that yet but the guy who told me swears by it. If your rotors are glazed and wavy that is all you will get is squeal.
My rear rotor did the same exact thing after I changed out the pad and when I took it in for a tune up the guy said that the pads needed to be changed out. After two sets of pads he had used he finally said that the rotor needed to be resurfaced and that he would send them out to be done for me at no charge since he couldn't get it right the first two times. What a pita that sound can be. Especially when it's that loud people look at you funny as if they think your bike is a pos that stops only when you apply the Flintstone brakes.

I moved the metal shims on the back of the stock pads over to the new pads and that has stopped the squealing.
