clip on bars?

I think I found that bolt at Alamo Nut & Bolt in San Antonio. I talked to several places before I found one that had it in stock, though any of them could have ordered the thing for me, I just didn't want to wait. I've dealt with Fastenal quite a bit for other things, but just about every city has some sort of industrial supply where you can acquire these items. If you're not in a hurry, you could order the bolt online from a variety of sources...
