gpz/74z1 brake graft.

has anyone ever fitted a set of gpz750/1100 mid 80's rear brakes to a early z1? its a bit of a head scratcher but i think i have an idea but if some one else has imput id be over the moon,thanks.

I can say with certainty that the 83-85 GPz750 front calipers will work on a 76-80 KZ750 twin and 77-78 KZ1000, but that's all I know for sure (except they work really great on a 750 twin with KZ1000 drilled rotors )

I haven't tried the rear calipers, the stock one will easily lock the rear wheel so I didn't see a reason to mess with it.

the problem is im building her as low as possible, to do so iv put the vance and hines straight megaphone exhaust, its so tight to the frame the rear brake arm and peg are touching, so i got s gpz brake system cheap enough now i need a gpz 750 peg and brake mounting plate, iv found one for the left side but not the right so i was going to see if i can fabricate one i kind of know what way im goin to do it but if anyone has any ideas?
