upside down fork fenders
30 Dec 2007 10:43
im putting zx9 forks on my kz but dont like the fender. i need some help coming up with a possible doner.does anyone have some pics of a more conventional kz style fender that i could adapt. it would have to fit a 17" wheel.if i could find 1 from another bike i liked i could likely find 1 on ebay or a wrecker.

have you looked at what it would take to mount the stocker. Ive done the same mode on my 82 gpz and it doent take much of a braket to use the stocke but i gues its all in the look , mine just looks better with the original

the stocker is for a 19" wheel and it doesnt look right on the 17" wheel.

Not only that- the stocker fenders aren't typicaly wide enough either. You have to be prepared to do some fab work!
