Ok, i want to have a seat on the 650 that resembles the corbin gunfighter for the z1/kz 900-1000. Im going to try to do this on the origanal seat pan. The pan is a bit rusty, but im going to try and make a fiberglass seat pan. Has anybody ever did this style seat on a 650 before, and if so please post some pics and info on how you did the seat. Thanks

Yeah I had it made by Corbin in 1999 at their factory in Hollister, CA.

I was wondering what is the best foam to use? I want something semi conforatable, and fairly easy to mold to the desirable shape i want.
