Handlebar swap help needed...

Hello everyone. I would like to change the stock pullback handlebars on my 1980 750 LTD as my wrists get a bit stiff on longer rides. What other non-pullback handlebars would I be able to install and still use my existing cables, brake line, etc.? I am just looking to do a simple remove and replace without the need for "major surgery". Thank you.
