Does any body here know how to adjustst the drive chain, on a bike with no center stand? Can i just use a regular car hand jack or what? Thanks

Just remember, the slack in the chain will be different with you sitting on the bike.

I've adjusted my chain on center stand for 27 years. If suddenly I had no stand I would carefully jack up bike to keep same adjustment procedure.

But hear is a thought in respect to 810GPZ's post. Carefully jack up bike to simulate center stand and do a proper adjustment. When your satisfied with adjustment bring bike down and put on "side" stand and see what tension is then. Now maybe you can just set it to "that" spec and be ok? Just a thought... B)
