I cant find one that has the same end. I dont really care what it looks like as long as it will work.

I don't think that lever will work. Different part #. What you want is a 46092-1010. It was only used on KZ550A2-A4, KZ650E1 and F1. It can probably be ordered through bikebandit ect.

321,000 miles on KZ's that I can remember. Not going to see any more.
