Welcome rampage58,

Air Pressure: DO
    not
use a hi pressure hose. Hand pump only:
The Clymer manual I have says to put the bike on the centerstand and get up to 25 psi in the forks. Do not exceed 36 psi.Ideally it also says to have some type of accessory pressure equalization line installed so both forks have the same pressure. Then it says to bleed off air until you get to your desired psi. The range is 8.5 - 13 psi. Standard is 10psi. Use more psi for high speed/heavier load.

Fork oil:
Dry = 8.4 oz(248cc)
Wet = 7.8 oz (230cc)
Oil level = 12 inches (355mm) Put a thin rod in the top of the fork and measure level from top of fork tube.

Fork oil is checked with forks fully extended and fork spring removed. Use oil grade SAE 10W.
