Ok this is the most frustrating thing right...
I replaced the handlebars after a low speed drop in my backyard on the lawn...
Everything is lined up correctly when you view the handlebars and tripple tree but...
The front wheel is pointing to the left which is Effin crazy specially when my arm starts to fatique from pushing the right while riding...

PLEASE HELP ME BEFORE I KILL MYSELF!!! :woohoo:

triple tree is twisted, fork(s) bent or the rim is out of alignment. only thing i can think of from being dropped. i hope that helps some.

I think its the rim honestly because when I look down and have the bars straight everything is aligned except the wheel...
Is there any way to align the front wheel? and how?
I'm new to this so sorry for such a dumb question.

Perhaps the front wheel has twisted slightly out of alignment (where the axle is held at the ends of the fork tubes).

Here's a possible cure -- loosen (do not remove) both front axle holders. Sit astride the bike and gently work the forks up and down (hopefully allowing the forks to re-seat against the axle). Then re-tighten the axle holders. Road test.

Also seem to vaguely recall another procedure allowing the forks to re-seat in the triple tree clamps, which involves loosening one or both (upper and lower) fork tube clamp bolts, working the forks up and down, and then re-tightening the clamp bolts.

Am guessing a bent front fender might possibly prevent the forks from perfectly aligning with each other.

Hope it's a simple fix. :)
