KZ1000 Ltd right side panel lugs

Hi Can anyone tell me if the bottom right side panel lug (the one that the side panel tab fits into) is a separate part- it looks like it should fit to the battery strap. All the other lugs are welded to the frame and this one seems to be missing on my bike.

been a while since I looked at a KZ under that cover but thought it was a seperate mount near the rear master cylinder.
