Well I gave it a pretty good shot but I think it's time to get rid of the old wreck. I bought my Z750-E1 from a guy in Somerset for £200, and after several years' hard work and hard cash it still seems to be a bit of a wreck! I think it was definitely past its best when I bought the thing... Anyway, the final blow came when I went to start it up after being away for a while and the engine started making vile noises. Moisture had gotten into one of the barrels, corroded a ridge in the bore and smashed the piston rings. Dammit!
It's already in bits so I'm going to sell its parts. Can anyone tell me which bikes shared the same chassis with the UK-spec Z750-E1?
