Can't get lower bearing race off headstock of KZ550. any suggestions.
This is godjesters old pile of parts with 2 engines I am trying to finally rebuild now that it is warm enough to work in the garage. It's a KZ550 frame from 1980 with a GPZ550 engine and electronics from 1984. I have just started on the chassis and put new wedge bearing races in. I just need an Idea to get the old lower ball race off the head stock, and any other advice would be really useful. this is my first motorcycle. It has to get built before july or else my wife is allowed to sell it. So I might be selling many kz550 parts if my mechanical and eletrical skills are not up to snuff to create this beast.
