front forks

Any body have a idea what these forks came off of they 36mm 31 inchs long..kinda useless to me.....

A little more info would help, since the 650/750/900/1000 all used 36mm forks at times. Maybe even some years of 550's.
Axle at bottom or in front of fork.
Air forks?
