Hi Muddy,
Can you get the triples that came with the forks you're trying to use? They would be configured for the offset that the forks need to clear the pipes.

Got everything installed today, and it looks to be fine, just a little over-cautious I guess.

The forks were definately not off a 650 CSR as they had daul calipers and a mag wheel.
