Hi Muddy,
Can you get the triples that came with the forks you're trying to use? They would be configured for the offset that the forks need to clear the pipes.

The forks were definately not off a 650 CSR as they had daul calipers and a mag wheel.

That eliminates the 750 twin CSR as it has no provision for the second caliper, and has a spoke wheel.
