If you need to do it so you can reach the ground then I would just shave the seat some. Shorter shocks and raising tubes in the trees will change the way it handles, and probably not in a good way. But hey, alot of you members have done it and it looks impressive!!!

Here's what you do-get a set of lowering tubes from schnitzracing.com (about $15). You probably need to rebuild your forks anyway. Next get a set of the relocator things for the rear shocks. They will move the bottom of the rear shocks back a couple of inches. Next cut a couple of inches out of the kickstand so it won't fall over. BTW I have a set of the rear shock relocators and a shorter kickstand. $50 and I pay for shipping. ;)
