82 kz1100 Air fork replacement?

Is there a direct replacement fork that bolts up in place of the Air fork. I really hate the looks and it doesn't hold air anyway so instead of rebuilding I'd like to replace them.

I found a set of 82 GPZ 1100 forks. Are theses air forks? Will they bolt on to my KZ1100 wheel/brakes? Is $120 too much for a good set of GPZ 1100 forks?

I think if you replace the cap on top of the forks you can use one that does not have the fitting, or just use a plug
