82 CSR / 78 SR Cafe Racer ?'s

I have been looking for a bike to turn into a cafe racer for awhile. I'd really like to find a mid '70s kz650B for this, but I've only found an 82CSR and a 78SR.

How different are the frames on these models from the B model?

I saw a thread on tank fitment, but it didn't have a definiative answer on what will fit. Will a B model tank fit without major modification?

How different are forks on the CSR/SR from the B model? Are triples the same? Can I replace legs and tubes only, or do I need to fit completely new triples?

How about fitment of B model rear wheels?

Will B model parts graft better to the CSR or the SR?

Both the SR and CSR are 650's
