i'm curious as if these would be a direct bolt on for an 82 csr1000m2, and what are the hoses on it for, also will the bike sit lower with these?

Uncertain about the fit (look like they might bolt on okay). Believe the hoses connect a common air supply to both shocks through a single valve stem. Don't believe the bike will sit any lower, as less air is akin to softer springs. More air is akin to stiffer springs or increasing spring pre-load.
If fitted, be mindful that loss of air while on side stand will drop the rear end causing the bike to fall over onto its right side (as if the kick stand suddenly grew too long) -- there being no springs to add any support. Loss of air could result from a leak or vandalism (snipping the hose).
Regarding the comfort and/or performance level, had an '82KZ1300 for several years and didn't notice a significant difference between the air shocks and spring shocks. Others may have different opinions.
Just FYI
